Terms & Conditions

To make a reservation we will require a 20% non refundable deposit.  We recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance that will cover you against loss of deposit in the event of you cancelling your Abrolhos Island Charter due to unforeseen circumstances.

All deposits and final payments will be refunded if Abrolhos Island Charters cancels the charter due to poor weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Final payments are due 21 days prior for 5 – 7 day charters,  14 days for 2 - 4 day charters and 7 days for a 1 day charter.

Abrolhos Island Charters accept cheques, money orders or electronic transfer.
